I cannot login to the members area / I didn't get the welcome email

An email with your login credentials will been sent to your email. If you cannot locate it, please check your spam folders.

To get access again, go to:
https://tedswoodworking.com/members/loginpage

and click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link

Enter the email address that you've used during checkout. A reset password link will be sent to that email address.

Use your new password to login again

If you encounter errors on the login page preventing you from logging in, try accessing the page on a computer instead of a mobile/tablet

Please include your order number or the email address you've used in the order form (for us to verify)

Can I buy plans separately?

All the plans come in a complete package and cannot be purchased individually.

It doesn't make sense to purchase one plan when I'm offering this deal for my entire package at only $67.

I've sold my plans separately for a lot more but I've bundled everything together due to repeated requests. I also thought it would be convenient for everyone. This offer will not last forever though. After my launch celebration, I will price the price back up to $297.

Where can I see a sample of your plans?

You can download our free plans by entering your email address here. It is absolutely free and the plans will be sent to your inbox instantly.

How do I send this as a gift?

Simply purchase this normally with your details and send us a ticket after your purchase.

We'll transfer the membership over to your recipient and send him/her the welcome email. If you wish, you can also opt for the 2 DVD edition to be shipped to your recipient's address.

Can I access the plans from a mobile / tablet?

Absolutely. You can download the plans on any mobile, tablet device. Simply login to your members area via your mobile or tablet.

Can I view the plans from another computer?

Yes you can. You can login to your members area from any computer/mobile/tablet anywhere in the world.

You can save the plans to your PC or print them out at anytime

Metric or imperial units?

Most of our plans come in both imperial and metric units. For plans which only include imperial units, we have a handy converter included as well.

I received an error when I try to order

How do I change my password?

Go to the members login page

Click on the "Forget password" link. Enter your email and you'll be sent a link to reset and change your password

How do I open and view the plans?

After your purchase, you'll be taken to a members page where you can download everything.

The plans come in both PDF and DWG. You need Adobe Reader to view PDF and our bonus DWG software to open DWG plans. Don’t worry, Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and it’s already installed on most computers.

If you don’t have it or for some reason your files still won’t open, you'll be given a link to download the free PDF reader.

Do your plans comply with building codes?

As we sell our plans worldwide, it would not be possible for us to adhere to the regulations of every country.

Furthermore, every county in every state has different requirements. We encourage you to check with your local building department before beginning your project.

Different regions also have different building codes and requirements. It is your responsibility that whatever structure you build complies with those codes. You will need to ensure whatever you are building complies with your local safety codes and construction standards.
